That the complement of the Recreation Department and compensation paid to the members of the Recreation Department is established as follows: Recreation Director $3, 600.00 per year, payable monthly Assistant Recreation Director $3, 200.00 per year, payable monthly Recreation Commission Secretary $ 300.00 per year, payable monthly Handicraft Director $ 700.00 per summer session payable monthly Swim Director $ 800.00 per summer session payable monthly Water Safety Instructors -Age 18 and up $ 7.00 per 3 hour session payable monthly Senior Life Saver -Age 15 and up - $ 4.00 per 3 hour session payable monthly junior Life Saver -Age 14 minimum $ 2.00 per 3 hour session payable monthly Little Theatre Director $ 100.00 per week, payable monthly Nature Study Director $ 320.00 per summer session ~rayable monthly Playgound Supervisors $ 800.00 per summer session payable monthly for a period not to exceed 8 weeks during the summer months, which period of 8 weeks shall be determined by the Recreation Commission. Assistant Playgound Supervisors $ 700.00 per summer session payable montly for a period not to exceed 8 weeks during the summer months, which period of 8 weeks shall be determined by the Recreation Commission. Playgound ~~elpers ~ $ 50.00 per week, payable monthly for a period not to exceed 8 weeks per summer session. Tennis Instructor $ 100.00 per week, payable monthly for a period not to exceed 8 weeks during the summer months, which period of 8 weeks shall be determined by the Recreation Commission. Baton Instructors $ 50.00 per week, payable monthly for a period not to exceed 8 weeks during the summer months, which period of 8 weeks shall be determined by the Recreation Commission. Cheer Leading Instructors $ 50.00 per week, payable monthly for a period not to exceed 8 weeks during the summer months, which period of 8 weeks shall be determined by the Recreation Commission.
