<br />~- <br />~.., <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />0 RD I NANO E N0. ~~~ .~~ <br />BY <br />N ORDIN CE AUTFNDRIZiNG AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPEC L ASS ESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 234-22-12 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR S i dews 1 ks <br />,AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />construction of sidewalks. <br />WHEREAS,gernard ~ Maxine Baker of 6522 Stearns Road <br />have paid the sum of $ 81,9~ in payment of said special assessments, in advance, <br />for the tax years 19 71~'***, i nc 1 us i ve, together w i th accruESCi interest <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 234-22-12 in the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 71 ~~~-~ inclusive <br />assessments in full for, construction of sidewalks. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />assessments for the period 19 71 ti~9Ms1~g'h~c,~e*~ inclusive, amounting to <br />$ 81.92 on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />of the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />No. 234_22_12 for construction of sidewalks. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~%~~ ~ /~~~ <br />h ~ <br />Francis J. 0'N President of Council <br />ATTEST: <br />No~ H*' l~*'+i C 1 ark of Counc i 1 <br />APPROVED: 3/02/7 <br />Ralph E.
