mtw 2/11/71. 1 & 3 u~, y ., ::,: SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT ~' '~ THIS .SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT, made and concluded on the date shown in the attestation clause hereof by and between the City of North Olmsted and the City of Fairview Park, both of which. are municipal corporations in ,the County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio. WHEREAS, the parties hereto have entered into an agreement for a period of three years commencing on January 1, 1970 and expiring on December 31, 1972, which Agreement among other things included Exhibit B establishing the rates of fare to be charged passengers on the North Olmsted Municipal ~~ Bus Line; and :" WHEREAS, the parties have agreed to amend said contract by amending the rate schedules as set forth in Exhibit B dated December 16, 19b9. NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual promises which have already been made upon said original contract and for and in ,; consideration of the further covenants and agreements herein set forth, it is now agreed by and between the parties that during the period of this agreement the adjusted rate of fare to be charged for transportation services shall be shown on Amended Schedule B which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. This supplemental agreement shall be effective March 1, 1971 and continue for the balance of the term of the contract. This contract is signed and executed by the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted under the authority of the City of North Olmsted, Ordinance No. 71- , enacted February 16, 1971, and by the Mayor of the City of Fairview Park by authority of the City of Fairview Park Ordinance No. 71- enacted , 1971.
