F BE IT ORD~IINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio Section 1. That Chapter 945, Sections 945.02 of the North Olmsted Codified Ordinances entitled " A~piication For Permit ;Deposit And Refund °, reading as follows: 945.0 2 APPLICATION FOR PERMTT• DEPOSIT AND RF~FUh1;D " The Service Dt~rector and the Mayor's Secretary, are authorized to rent the North Olmsted Community Cabin under the terms and con- ditions set forth in this chapter. All applictions for rent shall be in writing signed by a member of the group or org~-riization making application. The application shall be filed with the Mayors' Secretary who shall receive, at the time of filing the application, all charges and deposits and shall issue a permit to the group or organization making application, signr~d by the Service Director and the Mayor's Secretary. The permit shall be nonassignable and sha11 be used anly by the group or organization receiving the same . Such permit shall be in triplicate, the original of which sha11 be retained by the Mayor's Secretary ;the first copy shall be delivered to the applicant and the second copy to the Service Department. The Service Department copy shall be delivered to the Department at least twenty-four hours prior to the function for which the permit is issued. Within the period of twenty-four hours after the function for which the permit was issued, the Service Department shall deliver its copy of the permit to the Mayor's Secretary, with notations thereon regarding any loss of damage to the. building or equipment, and any other remarks perti- nent thereto. The Mayor's Secretary 'shall make no refunds of any deposits until receiving the Service De~-artrnent copy of the permit, and determining the amount to be retained fmrn the deposit. In the case of any shortage or damage to equipment or building, the decision of the Director of Public Service shall b~ final and a re- fund based accordingly. The Mayor's Secretary shall obtain from the applicant a receipt for the amount refunded and note thereon the reasons for deductions, if any, and file the same, together with the application and duplicate permit, in the office of the Service Director.
