Pro sy, <br />WHEREAS, the developer of Olmsted Towers Development have presented <br />an amended plan to develp 10.02 acres of land located in the "Mixed Use "District <br />of the City of North Olmsted ;and <br />WHEREAS, Section 1202.04 (Zoning Code of North Olmsted) of the <br />" Mixed Use "District permits the building of Hi-Rise structures in the "Mixed <br />Use "District ;and <br />WHEREAS, Olmsted Towers Developers presented their amended plans to <br />construct aClass A Hi-Rise Rssidental unit in the "Mixed Use "District, and <br />further in accordance withe Section 1204.01 (Zoning Code of North Olmsted) , and <br />said development has been approved by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />North Olmsteld, and referred to the proper Committee of Council ;and <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 70-84, enacted May 6, 1970, Council <br />approved Olmsted Towers Development, which development plan was subsequently <br />changed by revising the entrance way and the parking lot of said Olmsted Towers <br />Development ;and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of North Olmsted has <br />approved the amended development plans of Olmsted Towers Development ;and <br />WHEREAS, Council now wishes to go on record as approv~g the amended <br />development plans of the Olmsted Towers Development. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio <br />Section 1. That Council having been advised by the Planning Commission <br />of the City of North Olmsted, the Engineering Department of the City of North Olmsted, <br />and the Building Department of the City of North Olmsted that the amended develop- <br />ment plans for Olmsted Towers Development meets the requirements of the resolutions <br />and ordinances of the City of North Olmsted hereby approve the plans for development <br />in the "Mixed Use "District of Olmsted Towers Development. <br />Section 2. WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />at the earliest date permitted by Artie!
