.. ~ i A~ ~ s that, pending the hearing of these appeals, the Auclitor of Cuyahoga County be, and he hereb~~ is, directed to distribute to each of the various municipalities and governmental uni*s, from the Local Government Fund, the amount set forth opposite its name, in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, which amount in each case is approximately 8~'°7 of the lesser of the amounts allowed to each such mi,r!icipaiit~~ or governmental unit by the Cuyahoga County Budget Commission and the Board of Tax Appeals; provided; however, that the said Auditor may make distribution of said amounts in installments at approximately such times as distribution would have hec~n made if these appeals had not been filed, and, further, that he shall pay all delinquent installments which would have been prior to the date of this Journal Entry. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the amounts so paid by the County Auditor under the Authority of this Journal Entry shall be credited on the amounts of local govern- ment funds ultimately found due to each of said municipalities and governmental subdivisions. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that in the event a final determination in this Court or further determina- tion of the Board of Tax Appeals in the event this cause is remanded results in a determination that individual parties herein will receive less than the amounts of interim disburse- ment ordered herein, that the Auditor of Cuyahoga County with- hold funds in excess of a final award herein from his next -2-
