~„,„,.: <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 70- ~~o <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORD <br />PURPOSES ONLY THE SIEBENHAR SUB- <br />DIVISION . <br />_'q- <br />wli <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the Siebenhar Subdivision has heretofore been <br />filed with the Planning Commission and by it approved and referred to Council ; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision contains five (5) sublots to be divided <br />into fifteen (15) sublots, and the extension of one (1) street, namely :West <br />Ranchview .Avenue ;and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as being <br />in conformance with the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the' City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio <br />Section 1. That this Council having been advised of the approval of the <br />Planning Commission of the plat of the Siebenhar Subdivision, and having been <br />advised by the City Engineer that it meets the requirements of the Resolutions <br />and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, hereby approves said plat for <br />recording purposes only. <br />Section 2.
