That it is hereby determined to proceed with the Qonstruotian of <br />concrete sidewalks at those locations on Bretton Ridge Drive, Huntington Dive, <br />~~1ingtasl Drive, Westminster Drive, Stearns Road, Chadboaarne Drive and ~t~g'tcm <br />Drive specified in Resolution No. 70-126, adapted July 21, 1970, where the property <br />oraners did not construct sidewalks pursuant to the .option contained in said resolu- <br />tion. <br />Section 2. That said sidewalks shall be constructed in accordance with the <br />provisions of Resolution No. 70-126, adopted July 21, 1970, and with the plans, <br />specifications, estimates and profiles heretofore approved and now on file in the <br />office of the Clerk of Coimeil. <br />Section 3. Sub3ect to the provisions of Section 727,24, Revised Code, the <br />Mayor of the City is hereby authorized and directed as soon as the funds therefor <br />are available to make and execute a contract for said improvement with the lowest <br />and best bidder after advertising according to law and the improvement shall be <br />financed as provided in the resolution of necessity. <br />Section 4. The Clerk of Council is hereby directed to deliver a certified <br />copy of this ordinance to the County Auditor within fifteen days after its pas- <br />sage. <br />Section 5. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency z~easure <br />necessary for the. immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety <br />of said City and for the further reason that the mediate construction of said <br />sidewalks is necessary to eliminate existing hazards to pedestrians using said <br />streets; wherefore, this ordinance shall be in full. force and effect from and <br />imunediately after its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED : ~0~,, f f70 <br />,"Y_~ n <br />ATTEST : ~/, ~~~ <br />Nora T.
