<br /> <br />~ CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 70-161 <br /> <br />$Y <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ASSESSMENT <br />EQUALIZATION BOARD TO HEAR OBJECTIONS <br />RELATIVE TO THE BURNS ROAD ET AL ,, SIDE- <br />WALK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga <br />County, Ohio: <br />Section 1: That Raymond Benisek, Hugh Seed, and David Evans, three <br />disinterested freeholders of said City be and they are hereby appointed to act <br />as an Assessment Equalization Board to hear and determine all timely written <br />objections to the estimated assessments heretofore reported to this Council of <br />the cost of replacing and repairing. sidewalks on Burns Road and certain other <br />streets between the termini set forth in Resolution No. 70-139, adopted August <br />19, 1970, and to equalize the same as to them seems proper, in accordance with <br />law and with said Resolution No. 70-139. <br />Section 2: The Board shall first meet for the above purpose at the <br />Council Chambers in the City Hall on the 28th day of October, 1970, at 8:00 P.M., <br />and upon completion of such equalization shall report such equalized assessments <br />to Cotancil. <br />Section 3. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health <br />and safety of said City, and for the further reason that the immediate construc- <br />tion of said improvement is necessary to protect the health of the abutting <br />owners and the inhabitants of the City. WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall be in <br />full force and effect from and immediately after its passage and approval. <br />PASSED: /O - ~ ~ , 1970 <br />• Nora T.
