rte. <br />i ~ <br />~+(.J <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 70-/~7 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RELEASING THE BOND FURNISHED <br />BY DEERFIELD ESTA~ES, INC. , GUARANTEEING THE <br />CONSTRUCTION O SIDEWALKS, DRIVEWAY APRONS, <br />AND TREE PLANTING IN THE ROSE TREE SUBDIVISION <br />NO. 1. <br />WHEREAS, the Engineerng,IDepartment of the City of North Olmsted <br />has advised the Council that the driveway. aprons, sidewalks, have been con- <br />structed and that the trees have been planted, all according to the improvement <br />plans, in the Rose Tree Subdivision No. 1, and in conformance with the ordinances <br />of the City of North Olmsted governing driveway aprons and sidewalks construction ; <br />and <br />WHE REAS, Council, upon the advice of the City Engineer, now wishes <br />to release the Deerfield Estates, Inc. , from the obligation of furnishing the afore- <br />said bond. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio <br />Section 1. That the Deerfield Estates, Inc. , is hereby released from <br />the duty of furnishing a bond for the construction of sidewalks, driveway aprons <br />and the planting of trees in the Rose Tree Subdivision No.l upon the effective date <br />of this Resolution. <br />Section 2. That the Clerk of Council is instructed to direct a copy of <br />this Resolution to the engineer of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Section 3.
