<br /> <br />., <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 70- /.s''~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY AUDITOR'S OFFICE TO LEVY ASSESSMENTS <br />TO PERMANENT PARCEL NUMBERS ON SOUTHERN <br />AVENUE. <br />WHEREAS, the owners of lots on Southern Avenue were assessed to <br />each individual owner rather than to permanent parcel numbers ;and <br />WHEREAS, this creates a difficult situation in the Cuyahoga County <br />Auditor's office when the lot owners sell off separate lots; and <br />WHEREAS, the assessment should be against each permanent parcel <br />number instead of against the owner. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio <br />,,~ <br />Section 1. That the Engineering Department of the City of North Olmsted <br />is requested to breakdown the assessments for water mains, sanitary sewers, storm <br />sewers and paving to each permanent parcel number and to forward the assessment <br />breakdown to the Cuyahoga County Auditor's office for levying the assessment a- <br />gainst the permanent parcel number as contained in Exhibit A attached hereto. <br />Section 2.
