<br /> <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />t. <br />ORDINANCE N0. 70-153 PAGE 3 <br />shall be entitled certain holidays during the year and shall not be required to <br />work on these holidays, unless scheduled to work by the Chief of Police. In <br />the event the employee works on one of the following holidays, the employee <br />shall receive another day off from work to replace the holiday he worked. The <br />scheduled holidays are as follows: New Year's Day; Memorial Day; Independence <br />Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmes.Day; and the employee's birthday: <br />this provision does not apply to Auxiliary Police and School Guards. <br />H. That all full time employees of the Police Department shall be <br />entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following schedule: <br />Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) years full time service. <br />Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full time service. <br />Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full time service. <br />Section 3. That the employees of the Police Department of the City of <br />North Olmsted be reimbursed, not to exceed $3.00 per day, for per diem expenses <br />while in attendance at the Police Training School established by the Cuyahoga <br />County Commissioners at Western Reserve University which school is for a <br />two (2) week period with ten (10) days class attendance. <br />Section 4.
