_ _ .~ <br />~ ~, " -~ <br />ayFY <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 70- /y~--• <br />BY ~ ~~ ~ <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING FOR DEDICATION <br />639.55 FEET OF REVERE DRIVE MEASURED FROM <br />THE INTERSECTION OF BUTTERNUT RIDGE ROAD <br />SOUTH, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reported to the Council that all of the <br />improvements shcawn on the improvement plans of Betrerly Hills Park Eetates, <br />previously approved by this Council, ha~-e been completed in accordance with <br />the plans and specifications shown thereon. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by theCouncil of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio : <br />Section 1. That this Council does hereby accept for dedication the section <br />of Revere Drive as set forth in " Exhibit A °" attached hereto and made a part of this <br />Ordinance as if filly rewritten herein. <br />Section 2. That this Ordinance is hereby determined to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the pubic peace, safety, health and <br />welfare of the City by virtue of the immediate necessity of approving the within <br />improvement plans so that the orderly development of the City may proceed as <br />rapidly as possible.
