.. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br /> <br />RESOLUTION N0. 70- ~~ ~~ Page 4 <br />Thence Southeasterly along the Southwesterly line of said <br />land conveyed to Melvin R. and Julie H. Conn, 165.00 feet <br />to the most Westerly comer of said land and a point in the <br />centerline of Bradley Road; <br />Thence Southwesterly along the centerline of Bradley Road, <br />203.97 feet to an angle point in said centerline; <br />Thence Southwesterly along the centerline of Bradley Road, <br />111.54 feet to the place of beginning. <br />Section 2. That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and <br />directed to cause written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be given <br />to the owners of, or persons in possession of, or persons having an interest <br />of record in the above described real estate, or to their authorized agents <br />and said notice shall be served according to law by a person to be des~.gnated <br />for that purpose by the Mayor and to make return of such service in the manner <br />provided by law. <br />Section 3. That this Ordinance is hereby determined to be an <br />emergency ordinance the immediate passage of which is necessary for the <br />public peace, health and safety, and for the further reason that l~-d <br />must be acquired immediately for the construction of hospital and health <br />facilities, so that work may commence immediately in order to eliminate <br />hazards to the health of the City's residents resulting from the distance <br />to the nearest Hospital, wherefore this ordinance shall take effect and be <br />in force from the immediately after its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: D <br />ATTEST: <br />~~, A <br />Nora T.
