All full time employees of the Fire Department having completed five (5) years of full time continuous service as employees of said department shall be paid an additional 3% of their base annual salary, thereafter until com- pletion of the tenth (10) year of continuous full time service, after which such employee shall receive 4% of their base annual salary, thereafter until the com- pletion of the fifteenth (15) year of continuous full time service, and thereafter 5% of their base annual salary until the completion of the twentieth (20) year of continuous full time service, and during each year of full time service thereafter they shall receive 6% of their base annual salary as longevity increments. C. In computing length of service for the purpose of making payments of longevity increments hereinabove set forth, no credit shall be given for part- time services, but such limitation is only for the purpose of computing longevity increments and the exclusion for part-time service shall not deprive any employee of any other benefits which may be due for part-time service as employees in the Safety Department. D. In addition to the regular base salary plus increments and other wage increases, all regular employees of the Fire Department ,including officers shall on their original appointment and during the first calendar year of their ap- pointment receive $300.00 clothing allowance, and shall during each calendar year thereafter receive a clothing allowance of $200.00 to be determined and dis- bursed by and with the approval of the Fire Chief of the Department. E. For each full time member of the Fire Department, the City of North Olmsted shall pay an amount equal to a single person's rate per month towards the cost of Blue Cross Hospitalization and Medical Mutual premium of said members of the Fire Department, as established by Contract 53 YK and Contract 57 ZK. F. That all full time members of the Fire Department shall be entitled to certain holidays during the year and shall not be required to work on those holidays, unless scheduled to work by the Fire Chief, In the event the employee works on one of the following holidays, the employee shall receive another day off from work to replace the holiday he worked. The scheduled holidays are as follows: New Year's Day ;Memorial Day ;Independence Day ;Labor Day ; Thanksgiving Day ;Christmas Day ;and the employees birthday. G. That all full time employees of the Ffre Department shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following schedule Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) years full time service. Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full time service. Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full time service. Section 3. That all other ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordinances or parts of resolutions inconsistent herewith to the provisions of this Ordinance, and especially Ordinance No. 70-77, are hereby repealed with the effective date of this Ordinance.
