Section 2. That the Birsctor of Finance be and he is hereby autttcarized and directed to cause said bex~ds to tae prixtted forthwith and thereon to have the same executed and delivered., together with a tree traaeeript of the pr~c+sedra8s authorising said beds to said successful bidder open payment of the prat value thereof, plus the aforesaid pre rated premium and accrued interest to data of delivery. Section 3. That the Brsetor of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to certify a copy of this resolution to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County according to law.
