f,..,, <br />'~:,:~. k <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 70- /O~ <br />BY c~.c..~.-.~-.~ <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE <br />DIRECTOR TO REMOVE THE ASSESSMENT ON <br />PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 232-02-61 LOCATED <br />ON NORTH PARK DRIVE IN THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of the City of North Olmsted has <br />reported to the Municipal Development Committee of Council that Permanent Parcel <br />No. 232-02-61 does not conform, and according to the ordinances of the City of <br />North Olmsted will not permit a home to be built on Permanent Parcel No. 232- <br />02-61 ;and <br />WHEREAS, said Permanent Parcel No. 232-02-61 has been assessed for a <br />sewage assessment in the appro~cimate amount of $1, 320.00 ;and <br />WHEREAS, the owner, George Bernadine, of said Permanent Parcel No. 232- <br />02-61, has explained the fact that he cannot build upon his lot, and therefore, the <br />sewer assessment is improper ; and <br />WHEREAS, Council, after reviewing all the facts, substantiates that an <br />assessment on Permanent Parcel No. 232-02-61 would be improper. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio <br />~~ <br />Section 1. That the Finance Director, Clerk of Council and Engineering <br />Department are instructed that Permanent Parcel No. 232-02-61 shall not be assessed <br />for sewer assessments, and that the Finance Department is instructed to remove <br />the property owned by Mr. George Bernadine, and known as Permanent Parcel No. <br />232-02-61, from the sewer assessement rolls. <br />Section 2. That this Resolution is declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the preservation of the public peace, safety, health and welfare of <br />the City of North Olmsted by virtue of the fact that this assessment must be removed <br />from the assessing rolls prior to submission of the assessing roll of the County <br />Auditor. WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED:- ~5~~?,..L~~lL- <br />ATTEST: ~ <br />/' <br />Nora T.
