Reviser CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 70-100 PAGE 2 of longevity increments hereinabove set forth, no credit shall be given for part- time services, but such limitation is only for the purpose of computing longevity increments and the exclusion for part-time service shall not deprive any employee of any other benefits which may be due them for part-time service as employees in the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. C. That mechanics and other employees in the garage of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be allowed to them the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100. 00) per year for the cleaning and maintenance of uniforms worn by them in the performance of their duties in the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line garage. D. That alI maintenance employees of the North Olmsted Mur~cipal Bus Line shall be entitled certain holidays during the year and shall not be required to work on these holidays ,unless scheduled to work by the General Manager. In the event the employee works on one of the following holidays, the employee shall receive another day off from work to replace the holiday he worked. The scheduled holidays are as follows :New Year's Day ; Memorial Day 'Independence Day ; Labor Day ;Thanksgiving Day ;Christmas Day ;and the employee's birthday. E. That all full time maintenance employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be entitled to an annual vacation n accordance with the following schedule Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) years full time service. Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full time service, Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full time service. Section 2. That all other ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordinances or parts of resolutions inconsistent herewith to the provisions of this Ordinance, and especially Ordinance No. 69-163, effective September 16, 1969, are hereby repealed with the effective date of this Ordinance. Section 3. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to forward copies of this Ordinance to the Service Director of the City of North Olmsted and the General Manager of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. Section 4. WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12 of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted.
