That there shall be allowed to each bus driver the sum of $65.00 <br />per year for the acquisition of uniforms to be worn while operating a buse for the <br />North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. <br />E. That upon the appointment of a new driver he shall be allowed the <br />sum of $75.00 for uniforms and accessories for the first year, and $65.00 per year <br />after the completion of the first year of such appointment. <br />F. That all bus driving employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus <br />Line shall be entitled certain holidays during the year and shall not be required to <br />work on these holidays, unless scheduled to work by the General Manager, In the <br />event the employee works on one of the following holidays , the employee shall re- <br />ceive another day off from work to replace the holiday he worked. The scheduled <br />holidays are as follows : New Year's Day ; Memorial Day 'Independence Day ; <br />Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day ; Christmas Day ;and the employee's birthday. <br />Section 2. That all bus driving employees of the North Olmsted Municipal <br />Bus Line shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following <br />schedule <br />Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) years full time service. <br />Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full time service. <br />Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full time service. <br />Section 3. That all other ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordinances <br />or parts of resolutions inconsistent herewith to the provisions of this Ordinance, <br />and especially Ordinance No. 70-83, effective April 21, 1970, are hereby repealed <br />with the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />Section 4. That copies of this Ordinance are to be mailed to the Finance <br />Director and the General Manager of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line by the <br />Clerk of Council. <br />Section 5.
