<br />D. In the event that any school, church, lodge, or other organization
<br />within the municipality sponsors a function which is attended by minors within
<br />the age limitations herein set forth and minors will be dismissed from said functions
<br />at an hour later than herein provided, such school, church, lodge, or other organ-
<br />ization shall first obtain the Mayor's approval to have minors remain to the time
<br />when entertainment or said function will end. Minors attending such functions or
<br />entertainment shall be required to be at home and off the streets, sidewalks, public
<br />places, places of amusement and entertainment, or unenclosed lands within the
<br />municipality within 1 hour after said entertainment of function has ended. "

<br />A. It is unlawful for a minor under the age of sixteen (16) to congre-
<br />gate, wander, loiter, or play upon the streets, sidewalks, public places, places
<br />of amusement and entertainment, or on unenclosed lands within the Municipality
<br />between the hours of 11:00 P. M. and 5:00 A. M. the following day unless ac-
<br />companied by a parent, guardian, or a responsible person over twenty-one (21 )
<br />years of age or a member of his family eighteen (18) years of age or older.
<br />B. It is unlawful for a minor sixteen (16) to eighteen (18) years of
<br />age to congregate, wander, loiter, or play upon the streets, sidewalks, public
<br />places, places of amusement and entertainment, or on unenclosed lands within
<br />the Municipality between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 5:00 A. M. the following
<br />day unless accompanied by a parent, guardian, or a responsible person over twenty-
<br />one (21) years of age or a member of his family over eighteen (18) years of age.
<br />C. No person having the control and custody of, or being the parent or
<br />guardian of a minor under the age of sixteen (16) shall permit such minor to con-
<br />gregate, wander, loiter, or play upon the streets, sidewalks, public places, places
<br />of amusement and entertainment, or on unenclosed lands within the Municipality
<br />between the hours of 11:00 P. M. and 5:00 A. M, the following day unless ac-
<br />companied by a parent, guardian, or a responsible person over twenty-one (21 )
<br />years of age or by a member of his family eighteen (18) years of age or older.
<br />D. No person having control and custody of, or being the parent or

<br />E. This restriction shall not apply to minors on an emergency errand or
<br />on legitimate business such as the deli~rery of newspapers or on legitimate business
<br />as directed by the parent, guardian, or custodian of such minor, or by a person
<br />who has been give responsibfiity for a minor's control and custody by the person who
<br />is legally responsible for the control and discipline of such minor.
<br />F. In the event that any school, church, lodge, or other organization
<br />within the Municipality sponsors a function attended by minors within the age limita-
<br />tions set forth herein and minors will be dismissed from such functions at an hour
<br />later than herein provided, such school, church, lodge, or other organization shall
<br />first obtain the Mayor's approval to have minors remain to the time when the enter-
