<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />~• ORDINANCE NO. 70- ~~ <br />gy ~ <br />~~~A <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONE MAP ADOPTED AS <br />PART OF THE ORDINANCE NO. 62-33 (KNOWN AS THE <br />ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED) BY <br />CHANGING THE DESIGNATION THEREON OF CERTAIN <br />LAND FROM ITS FRESENT DESIGNATION THEREON AS <br />GENERAL RETAIL BUSINESS TO CLASS B HI-RISE- <br />BUSINESS OFFICE AND PROFESSIONAL. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE Council of the City of North Olmsted, State <br />of Ohio <br />Section 1. That the official Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted adopted <br />as part of Ordinance No. 62-33 (known as the Zoning Code of the City of North <br />Olmsted) be amended by metes and boundsas follows: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and <br />State of Ohio, and known as being part of Original Dover Town- <br />ship Lot No. 7 and bounded and described as follows: <br />Beginning in the center line of Lorain .Road at the Northwest <br />corner of a 3 acre parcel conveyed to Hattie F. Honecker by <br />deed recorded in Volume 2298, Page 572, Cuyahoga County <br />Record of Deeds; <br />Thence South 60° 31' West along the center of said Lorain <br />Road 38.66 feet to a stone at an angle in said road ; <br />Thence South 65 ° 16' West along the center of said road <br />137.32 feet ; <br />Thence South 2° 27' West parallel with the West line of said <br />Honecker's land 806.48 feet to the South line of said original <br />Lot Ho . 7 ; <br />Thence East along the South line of said original Lot No. 7, <br />155.10 feet to the Southwest corner of said three acre parcel <br />so conveyed to said Honecker ; <br />Thence North 2 ° 2 7' East along the West line of said Honecker' s <br />land 883.03 feet to the center of said Lorain Road and the place <br />of beginning and containing 3.00 acres of land be the same more <br />or less, but subject to all legal highways. <br />from its present designation thereon as General Retail Business to Class $ Hi- <br />Rfse-Business Office and Professional. <br />Section 2. That the actual amendment be made on the Official Zone <br />1ltiap of the City of North Olmsted to reflect the change set forth in Section 1 <br />herein. <br /> <br />
