That it is hereby declared necessary as a sanitary regulati <br />that a sanitary suer connection be installed to serve the premises at 6041 <br />Stearns Road identified ~ the County Auditor's tax map e~s Permanent Parcel <br />Ro. 234-21-1. <br />Section 2. That the earner of such parcel shall install such sanitary sewer <br />connection within a period of thirty after service of notice of the peu~ssge <br />of this resolution; and, if such installation shall not be ccm~leted with~.n ,such <br />period of thirty days, then this CoKaneil shall have the same demre atttd the entire <br />cost thereof shall be assessed upon such property and made a lien there-o~, to be <br />collected in the manner provided by law, with penalty and interest as provided <br />by law. <br />Section 3. That the Clerk of this Council is directed to cause a written <br />notice of the passage of this resolution to be served on the owner of such property <br />as required by law. <br />Section 4. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health <br />and safety by virtue of the need for the 3amaediate installation of such sanitary <br />sewer connection is necessary to protect the health of the inhmbitants of this <br />City; wherefore, this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and im- <br />mediately after its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: aZ ~~'TO <br />ATTEST; <br />~~ ~.~~~ <br />Nora T.
