The estisated life of the i~erprovement of Southern Avenue <br />by paving and constructing storm se`+ex inlets and concrete adewa7.ks <br />in secorc'lence with Resolution No. 65-278, as amended by Resolution <br />No, 66-193, is at leeaet five years. <br />2. That the maximaam maturity of bonds to be issued to pay <br />the cost of constructing such improvement calculated. in a~ceordmnce with <br />Reviaed Code Section 133.20 is tnty years, but by reason of the fact <br />that the assessments in anticipation of which said bar~Ss are to be issued <br />are to be collected over a period of ten years, the maximum maturity <br />of said bonds is ten years. <br />3.
