~~ BY CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 70-.~~ AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE ORGANIZATIONAL CHART OF THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT, SETTING FORTH THE COMPLEMENT OF THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT AND ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION TO BE PAID TO THE EMPLOYEES OF THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT, AND RE- PEALING ORDINANCE NO. 70-23, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, Council has established the Organizational Chart for the Building Department into a s®parate Ordinance setting forth the personnel needed ;and WHEREAS, Council wishes to set forth the compensation to be paid to the employees of the Building Department ;and WHEREAS, the establishing of an Organizational Chart together with the salaries to be paid will assist the Finance Director in paying the remuneration established to the employees of the Building Department. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio Section 1. That the complement of the Building Department is hereby es- tablished and set forth as follows: Building Commissioner Chief Building Inspector Assistant Building Inspectors Plumbing and Sewer Inspector Heating and Ventilating Inspector Electrical Inspector Secretary to the Building Commissioner Clerical Help Part-Time Clerical Help Section 2. That retroactive to February 1,1970, the remuneration to be paid to the employees of the Building Department shall be as follows: Building Commissioner $10, 000.00 to $12, 500.00 Annually Chief Building Inspector $ 7, 000.00 to $10, 000.00 Annually Assistant Building Inspectors $ 6, 000.00 to $ 9 , 000.00 Annually Plumbing and Sewer Inspector $ 7, 000.00 to $10, 000.00 Annually Electrical Inspector $ 3, 000.00 to $ 6, 000.00 Annually part-time Heating and Ventilating Inspector $ 3, 000.00 to $ 6, 000.00 Annually part-time Secretary to the Building Commissioner $ 4, 300.00 to $ 5 , 800.00 Annually Clerical Help $ 4 , 000.00 to $ 5 , 200.00 Annually Part-Time Clerical Help Up to $ 2,000.00 Annually which salaries shall be payable by the Director of Finance Semi-Monthly. ._ _ _ ,,~.
