The secretarial or clerical help of the Administration Department of the City of North Olmsted shall receive as a longevity increment, the sum of $25.00. This longevity increment shall be payable over and above any annual salary or hourly salary paid to said secretary or clerical help and shall be at the rate of $25.00 for each and every year said secretary or clerical help has been continually employed by the City of North Olmsted. Section 4. That for the Director of Public Service, for the Administrative Assistant, the City of North Olmsted shall pay an amount equal to a single person's rate per month towards the cost of Blue Cross Hospitalization and Medical Mutual premiums of said employees, as established by Contract 52YS, effective the 22nd of May, 1965. Section 5. That all full time employees of the Administration Department shall receive the following holidays off, unless required to work by the Mayor in emergencies, and shall receive regular rate of pay; New Year's Day, Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Day; and the employee's birthday. Section 6. That all full time employees of the Administration Department shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following schedule: Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) years full time service Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full time service Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full time service Section 7. That the purpose of this Ordinance is to establish the Adminis- tration Department and salaries to be paid, which shall not in any way be construed as limiting the authority of the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted, as established by the Charter of the City of North Olmsted. Section 8. That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward a copy of this Ordinance to the Finance Director immediately upon its passage in order that the Director of Finance can pay the compensation, as hereinabove set forth. Section 9. That all ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordinances or parts of resolutions, and especially Ordinance No. 70-35, inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed with the effective date of this Ordinance. Section 10. That this Ordinance is measure necessary for the preservation of welfare of the City by virtue of the fact scale of the Administration Department for of the City of North Olmsted.
