<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 70- ~~ <br />arm a~ <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORD PURPOSES <br />ONLY THE S. D. C. SUBDIVISION AND S.D.C. SUB- <br />DIVISION NO. 2, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the S.D.C. Subdivision and S.D.C. Subdivision <br />No. 2 has heretofore been filed with the Planning Commission and by it approved <br />and referred to Council, and <br />WHEREl~S, said S.D.C. Subdivision contains six (6) sublots divided <br />into seven (7) sublots, and <br />WHEREAS, said S.D.C. Subdivision ~s further subdivided into S.D.C. <br />Subdivision No. 2 containing eighty-two (82) sublots and one (1) street, <br />to-wit: Dorothy Drive, and <br />WHEREAS, said plats of S.D.C. Subdivision .and S.D.C. Subdivision <br />No. 2 have been approved by the City Engineers as being in conformance with the <br />Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio <br />Section 1. That this Council having been advised of the approval of the <br />Planning Commission of the plat of the S.D.C. Subdivision, and having been <br />advised by the City Engineer that it meets the requirements of the Resolutions <br />and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, hereby approves laid plat for <br />recording purposes only. <br />Section 2. That this Council having been advised of the approval of the <br />Planning Commission of the plat of the S.D.C. Subdivision No. 2 ,and having <br />been advised by the City Engineer that it meets the requirements of the Resolutions <br />and Ordinance of the City of North Olmsted, hereby approves said plat for <br />recording purposes only. <br />Section 3. That this Resolution is hereby determined to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, safety, health and <br />welfare of the City by virtue of the immediate necessity of approving the within <br />improvement plans so that the orderly development of the City may proceed as <br />rapidly as possible.
