ORDINANCE N0. ,~Q'J'.a'~ GIVING THE CONSENT OF THE --CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED-- TO THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF CERTAIN ROADS WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has tentatively approved a Maintenance and Repair program for the year 1970; and WHEREAS, a number of the roads to be maintained and repaired are Municipal Streets and also County Roads; and WHEREAS, the maintenance and repair may include any or all of the foi lowing operations: * 1. Repairing roadway berms. # 2. Cleaning and repairing culverts and drainage systems. 3. Repairing. and maintaining road surface. ~+. Mowing weeds on berms. S, Repairing and installing guard rails. 6. Installing and repairing road signs and warning signs. 7. Pavement markings conforming to Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices and approved by the County Traffic Engineer; and WHEREAS, the following is a list of said roads, the limits desig- nated and the operations authorized to be performed at the discretion of the County Engineer. LINE NORTH OLMSTED NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Ordained by the Council of the CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, State of Ohio: SECTION 1: That it is declared to be of public interest that the consent of the Municipality be and such consent is hereby given to the enumerated maintenance and repair operations on the above mentioned roads between the termini aforesaid., by the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County.
