<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />dRDINANCE N0. <br />,,~ <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF SUBLOT N0. <br />28 IN THE ENGObLIA SUBDIVISION AND LOCATED ON <br />ANGELA DRIVE IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO, <br />DECLARING SAID PROPERTY SURPLUS REAL ESTATE NOT <br />NEEDED FOR ANY MUNICIPAL PURPOSE, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />~;, <br />~- <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State <br />Qf Ohio, two'thirds (2/3 ) of all members elected thereto concurring. <br />Section 1. That the following described real estate belonging to the <br />City of North Olmsted is not needed for any municipal purpose to-wit: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and <br />State of Ohio: And known as being Sub lot No. 28 in The Engoglia <br />Subdivision of part of Original Olmsted Township Lot No. 16, <br />Tract No. 6 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 182 of Maps, <br />Page 53 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 77.50 feet front <br />on the northerly side of Angela Drive and extending back of equal <br />width 140 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, <br />but subject to all legal highways. <br />Section 2. That the Service Director be and he is hereby authorized <br />to advertise said real estate for sale for a period of five (5 ) consecutive <br />weeks in a local newspaper, and on or after said five ( 5 ) week period, <br />shall sell said real estate to the highest bidder. The Mayor of the City of <br />North Olmsted is hereby authorized to convey said real estate by "Special <br />Warranty Deed" to the highest bidder over $4,000.00 therefore according to law. <br />Section 3. That this Ordi~.~nce„is~hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, <br />safety and welfare of the City by virtue of the fact that the funds realized <br />from the sale of this real estate are necessary to pay improvements installed <br />in the Engoglia Subdivision by private contractors. WHEREFORE, this <br />Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, <br />otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED : ~_.~~"~"~' ~7D <br />ATTEST: _--_-~ <br />~1ora T.
