~~~ <br />:~ <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 70- ..~~7 <br />ar~.~ <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONE MAP ADOPTED <br />AS PART OF ORDINANCE NO. 62-33, (KNOWN AS THE <br />ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED )BY <br />CHANGING THE DESIGNATION THEREON OF CERTAIN <br />LAND FROM ITS PRESENT DESIGNATION THEREON AS <br />HI-RISE DISTRICT TO COMMERCIAL DISTRICT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State <br />of Ohio <br />Section 1. That the Official Zone Map of the City of NorthOlmsted adopted <br />as part of Ordinance No. 62-33, (known as the Zoning Code of the City of North <br />Olmsted) be amended by changing the :,designation thereon of the parcel of land <br />described by metes and bounds as follows: <br />Being part of Original Dover Township Lot No. 7, and bounded and des- <br />cribed as follows : Beginning on the center line of Lorain Road (80 feet <br />wide) at its intersection with the westerly line of land conveyed to <br />Elizabeth Geiss, by deed dated October 31, 1919 and recorded in Volume <br />2299, Page 212 of Cuyahoga County Records ;thence southerly along <br />the westerly line of land so conveyed to Elizabeth Geiss 357.29 feet <br />thence westerly on a line parallel to the center line of Brookpark Road, <br />extension, 141.41 feet to the easterly line of land conveyed to Clarice <br />Balas, by deed dated July 26, 1920, and recorded in Volume 2439, Fage <br />491 of Cuyahoga County Records ;thence northerly along the easterly line of <br />land so conveyed to Clarice Balas 287.13 feet to the center line of <br />Lorain Road ;thence northeasterly along the center line of Lorain Road <br />166.64 feet to the place of beginning. <br />from it present designation thereon as Hi-Rise District to Commercial District. <br />Section 2. That the actual amendment be made on the Official Zone Map <br />of the City of North Olmsted to reflect the change set forth in Section 1 he-rein. <br />Section 3.
