FACILITIES (CONTRACT N0. 11-ZONS 2), AND DSCIARING AN Ri~tROF~CY. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio; Section 1. That the revised assessments in the aggregate amount of 139,759.60 to pay the property owners' portion of the cost and expense of improving the following streets and public easements within the City of North Olmsted by constructing sanitary sewers, sewer curb connections and necessary appurtenances, .including necessary street resurfacing and restora- tion of drainage facilities: a. Porter Road from a point 51+8 feet northwesterly of Martin Drive, thence southeasterly 548 feet to Martin Drive; b. Martin Drive from Porter Road to a point 560 feet south of Jenkins Road; c. Jenkins Road from Martin Drive westerly 485 feet, thence southerly and westerly in a public easement 559 feet to Lansing Drive; d. Lansing Drive from a point $80 feet north of Oring Road, thence southerly 2728 feet to North Park Drive; e. North Park Drive from Lansing Drive westerly 439 feet, thence southerly in a public easement 282 feet to the ~unctian manhole adjacent to the exist- ing sewage treatment plant now serving the Sherwood Estates Division; f. Oring Road from Lansing Drive easterly 931 feet to an existing manhole on the existing sewer from the North Park Estates Subdivision; as reported to this Council on the 3rd day of Februarv , 1970, by Floyd G. Browne & Associates, Inc., Consulting Engineers to this City, and now on file in the office of the Clerk of Council, be and the same are hereby adopted and confirmed and that there be and are hereby levied and assessed upon the lots and lands bounding and abutting upon said improvement the several amounts reported as aforesaid, which assessments are in pro~rtion to the special benefits and are not in excess of any statutory limitation. Section 2. That the assessment against each lot or parcel of land shall be payable in cash within thirty days after the passage of this ordinance or at the option of the owner in twenty annual or forty semi-annual install- ments with interest~at the same rate as shall be borne by the bonds to be issued in anticipation of the collection of the same. All cash payments shall be made to the Director of Finance of this City. A11 assessments and install- ments thereof remaining unpaid at the expiration of said thirty days shall be certified by the Clerk of Council to the County Auditor as provided by law to be placed by him on the tax duplicate and collected as other taxes are collected.
