~~ tfon service to the residents of the City of Fairview Fark and all other persons desiring transportation service throu~,h, to or from the City of Fairview Park; and that said service the parties agree shall be furnished by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Lins. The-City of North Olmsted further agrees to furnish satisfactory and adequate transportation to the City of Fairview Park during the period of this agreement, which service it is sow determined shall consist of not less than shown in the attached schedule, which is made a part hereof and identified as Exhibit uB~r Either party reserves the right to negotiate any pro- posed change in the number of runs as herein .provided, and is tho event the City of Fairview Park and the City of .North Ola-sted in the operation of its transportation system are unable to agree on any change in the number o£ runs to h-e._herein provided, ar in the future proposed to be provided, then the dispute shalt be re- ferred to a Beard consisting of the Mayors of both Fairview Park and North Olcasted, the Chairaran of the respective transportation committees and the Finance Directors. In the avant that a settlement cannot be made between these parties, then in turn shall select one (1) person agreeable to all parties, who shall have an equal voting right in said deliberation, and the dispute shalt be referred to arbitration as hereinafter provided. The City of North Olntstad further agrees to carry adequate liability insurance on said municipal buses for the protection of all passengers, in the amount of not less than One Sundred Thousand and 00/i00 Dollars {$100,000.00) fez injury to one person and not less than Dive Hundred Thousand and 00/I00 Dollars ($SOQ,000.00} Dollars far injury to more than one person in the sauna accident, and will also carry property damage insur- ance in the amount of not lase than Twenty-five Thousand sad -2-
