<br />.~ <br />WS~RPAS, the Assessment Equalization Board heretofore appointed by Resolution <br />No. 69-215 of this Council adopted 17ecember 16, 1969, to hear and determ~.ne all <br />ob~eetions concerning the eetimsted asses+meents for the improvement oY Columbia <br />Road and other streets and easeanents between the ter~tini set forth in Resolution <br />No. 69-37?, adopted October 21, 1969, (Sewer Contract No. 15) by constructing <br />sanitary suers, sewex cusib connections and necessary appurtenances, inelwding <br />necessary street resurfacing and restoration of drain~e facilities, has t'i.1ed <br />its report with this Council as to its determination of such objections; sad <br />i+~EREAB, Council deems such report proper in all respects; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R~ROLVE~? by the Council of the City of forth 07.msted, <br />Cuyahoga County, (?hio: <br />Section 1. The report of the Assessment Equalization Board hereinbef ore <br />recited be and the same is hereby approved and the assessments equalised by <br />said Board and reported by it be and they are hereby directed to be filed in <br />the office of the Clerk of Council. <br />Section 2. That the amount by which the original estismated assessaents were <br />reduced by the Assessasent Equalization Board shall be assumed by the City in addi- <br />tion to the portion of the cost of the improvement which the City is required to <br />bear under Resolution No. 69-177, said reductions being as follows: <br />PARCEL OWNER ORIGINAL EQUAZSZED REDUCTION <br />N0. This resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety <br />of said City, ass~i for the flxrther reason that the immediate construction of said <br />improvement is necessary to protect the health of the abutting owners and the <br />inhabitants of the City; wherefore, this resolution shall be in full force and <br />effect from and immediately after its passage sad approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ~- C - 7Q ~ c ~-' ~ ~ _ <br />- - __ ,~ .~~.
