FISCAL OFFTCRR'S CEATIFTCATE <br />North Olmsted, Ohio <br />January 6, 19~g <br />TO THE COUIQCIL OF THg CITY OF MORPH OLMSTED~ OHIO: <br />The undersigned, as fiscal officer of the City of North Olmsted, <br />Ohio, as defined by wised Code Section 133.01, hereby certifies in <br />connectio¢~ with ye~xr proposed issue of notes and bo~a-ds for the ptupase <br />of paying the property owners' portion and the City's portion of the <br />cost of improviztg Dover Center Rated by constructing a concrete sidewalk <br />an the easterly side of said street between Lorain Road ~d Butternut <br />Ridge Road in accordance with Resolution No. 68-144, adopted September 3, <br />1968, as follows: <br />1. That the estimated life of the property proposed to be acquired <br />frcm the proceeds of said issue is hereby certified to be at least five <br />years. <br />2. That the max3aaum maturity of such bands calculated in accordance <br />with the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code is twenty years, <br />but by reason of the fact that the assents to ~y the Property <br />owners' portion of the cost of said imprrnrement will be levied for five <br />years, the maximum maturity of such bonds may not exceed five years. <br />3. The maximum maturity of notes iasued in anticipation of such <br />bonds is five years from the date of issuance of the original note issue <br />and that, aceording]:y, the maximum maturity of such note is January 29, <br />1974, if sold at public sale, or one year if sold at private sale. <br />All of which is respectfully submitted, <br />9 <br />.. n <br />~~ <br />Direct o e <br />city of North olmstea <br />
