<br />ar <br />~,~_? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 70- <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORD PURPOSES <br />ONLY THE EARL W. AND PEARL SILK SUBDIVISION, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the Earl W, and Pearl Silk Subdivision has here- <br />tofore ~aeen filed with the Planning Commission and by it approved and referred <br />to Council, and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision contains three (3) sublots to be divided <br />into two (2) sublots, and no streets, and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as being <br />in conformance with the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio <br />Section 1. That this Council having been advised of the approval of the <br />Planning Commission of the plat of the Earl W, and Peaty Silk Subdivision, and <br />having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets the~~ requirements of the <br />Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, hereby approves said <br />plat for recording purposes only. <br />Section Z. That this Resolution is hereby determined to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, safety, health and <br />welfare of the City by viture of the immediate necessity of approving the within <br />improvement plans so that the orderly development of the City may proceed as <br />rapidly as possible.
