6 <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 70 - <br />,. -- <br />A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE AUDITOR OF CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY TO PAY TO THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />DURING THE YEAR 1970, ALL TAX MONEY DUE AND <br />OWING SAID CITY FROM ANY COLLECTION SOURCE, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1. That the County Auditor be and he is hereby <br />requested to pay to the City of North Olmsted, during the year 1970, <br />all tax money due and owing to said City from any and all tax collection <br />sources. <br />Section 2. That an attested copy of this resolution shall <br />be immediately forwarded to the County Auditor. <br />Section 3. That this resolution is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the <br />public peace, health, safety and general welfare of the City of North <br />Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of the immediate necessity <br />of requesting payment to the City of North Olmsted of tax money <br />belonging to said City from any and all sources distributed by the <br />County Auditor in accordance to law, all for the immediate preservation <br />of the public peace, health, safety and general welfare of the City of <br />North Olmsted. <br />Section 4.
