~. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 73 - 152 <br />Page 2. <br />STREET MAINTENANCE FUND <br />$8,500 from Barton Culvert to Material <br />MUNICIPAL BUS FUND <br />$7,250 from Wages to Liability Insurance <br />SEWER REVENUE FUND <br />$2,000 from Administrative Salaries to Utilities <br />Section 5. That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an <br />attested copy of the Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />Section 6. That the City Finance Director is hereby authorized to <br />draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the foregoing <br />appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approved <br />by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an Ordinance or <br />Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall <br />be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority <br />of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided, further that the <br />appropriations for contingencies can only be expended upon approval of <br />two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense constituting a legal obligation <br />against the City and for purposes other than those covered by the other <br />specific appropriations herein made. <br />Section 7.
