<br />' ~''r <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 73-~~~'` <br /> <br />page 2 <br />Section 1501.1306 entitled , "Payment to Accompany Declaration ", now reading <br />as follows : <br />1501.1306 Pavment to Accompanv Declaration. <br />" Such declaration of estimated tax to be paid to the City of <br />North Olmsted shall be accompanied by a paymen~of at least <br />one-fourth of the estimated annual tax and at mast a similar <br />amount shall be paid on or before the last day of the sixth and <br />ninth months after the beginning of the taxable year, and on or <br />before the last day of the first month of the succeeding year <br />following the taxable year. Provided, however, that in case an <br />amended declaration has bean filed, the unpaid balance shown <br />due thereon shall be paid in equal installments on or before the <br />remaining payment date or dates. Provided, however, <br />that in case of amended cbclaration has been filed, the unpaid <br />balance shown due :thereon shall be paid in equal installments <br />on or before the remaining payment dates. <br />Section 3. Tha t the Clerk of Council is hereby instructed to send a copy <br />of this Ordinance to the Finance Department of the City of North Olmsted and a <br />copy to the Regional Income Tax Agency. <br />Section 4. That this Ordinance is declared to be an emeirgency measure <br />necessary for the preservation of the public peace, safety, health and welfare <br />of the City of North Olmsted by virtue of the fact that the provisions of this <br />Ordinance must be in full force and effect by January 1, 1974.
