And the undersi~med, and each of them consent and request that the said assessments be levied and collected without limitation as to the value of the prop- erty assessed hereunder and waive any and all rights, benefits, and privileges fixed by RC Sections 727.03 and 727.06 or by any other section thereof restricting said assessments to thirty-three and one-third percent (33 1/3~) of the ~tual improved value of said lots and lands as enhanced by the in+pravement to be ma+~e, and waive all benefits of RC Section 727.04 or of any other section thereof limiting assess- ments for re-inproverr~ents where an assessment has been levied and psicl prew#=cfusly. The undersigned, and each of there further waive any daMages or claims for dannages of whatsoever kind, character or description groa!ing out of or resulting from said improvement or the making thereof, including, but not by way of limitation, all - rights, benefits, and privileges which are fixed by RC Sections 727.18 to 727.22, inclusive, and 727.43. The undersigned, and each of them, further waive all resolutions, ordinances and notices required for the making of said improvement including the notice of the adoption of the resolution of necessity and the filing of estimated assessments, the equalization of the estimated assessments, the increase in the chat of labor and rRaterials over the estimated cost thereof and the passage of the assessin{~ ordinance including, but not by way of lir,~itatian, such notices as are authorized and required by rC Sections ?Z?.13, 727.16, 727.17, 727.24 and 727.26.
