BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio : Section 1. That Part ~, entitled "General Offenses Code ", Chapter 501, entitled, "Administration and Law Enforeement "Section 501.99 entitled, " Penalty "now reading as follows ; 501.99 PENALTY (a) ~~ Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00 ) . (b) 'Except as otherwise provided by law, .whoever violates. Section 501.01 may be prosecuted and punished by a penalty of not more than prescribed upon a conviction for the commission of the offense attempted. (c) Whoever violates Section 501.02 may be prosecuted and punished as if he were the principal offender. (d) Whoefier violates Section 501.07 to 501.10, inclusive, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than six months or both. (e) Whoever violates Section 501.06 shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($b00.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.
