That the collect~.on of such chargo shall be made <br />in the same manner and method as the collection of the <br />charge from users in the City of North Olmsted. <br />h. That the Owners contemplate that they may develap~ <br />the property with single-family or condominium units, and <br />there.Eore it is acknowledged that this agreement shall inure <br />to the benefit of the Owners, their heirs, successors and <br />assi;ns, and it is understood that purchasers from the <br />Owners shall have the right to tap in and use the sanitary <br />sewage facilities described herein, provided that they com- <br />z, <br />ply with the regulations of the City of North Olmsted. <br />i. That in the event said sanitary sewer discharges <br />an excess flow, as established by flow meter installed in <br />~~ the manhole constructed at the corporation line of the <br />j~ <br />City of North Olmsted, then the rate charged the users of <br />"'• the sanitary sewer, described and set forth herein, shall be <br />~, <br />~' a rate that is double the then established rate until the <br />~' reason for the excess flow is corrected.
