NO. 235-8-37 <br />BEtiVG AN ASS ES~tt:NT FOR StflRM SEWERS <br />AND DECl1Wt 1 Nla Al4 EMi~G~+~CY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessr~ants have been certified by the Audito~ of the <br />City of North Olmsted, tNtio, to the Audifor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />construction of storm sewers. <br />6~EREAS, the owner of 27909 Southern <br />have paid. the sum of $ 493.E in payment of said special assessments, in advance, <br />for the tax years 1973 through 1;78 , inclusive, together with accrued interest <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 235-8-37 in the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />Nt1Mt, THEREFORE, BE iT OiRflf-lNEfl by the Counc i 1 of the C i ty of North <br />Clm~ted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l; That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />au•~'~orized and directed to cancel for the years 1~7 3 through l~ 78, inclusive <br />ass~:ysments in full for, storm sewers. <br />Section 2; That the Director of Financo of the City of North Olmsted <br />is hereby authorised and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />Essessments for the period i~'73 through 19 78, inclusive, amounting to <br />$493.08on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, <br />Section l;•: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />ash welfare of the City of north plmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />o•~ the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />i~o, 235-8-37 for storm sewers. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by taw. <br />PASSED; ~~,~,w„~,-_ <br />ATTEST: <br />~~~~~.iriFi.+r n ~i ~ i.w nrr~+rw~rrirRr. .r-. <br />.Clerk of Council resident of Council <br />APPROVEfl : 7/I 7 ~73 <br />Mayor <br />-~~ <br />
