,,, ~~ CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 73- 1~ ar:_~ AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE COMPLEMENT OF THE RECREATION DEPARTMENT AFFIXING THE GOMPENSATION TO BE PAID THE MEMBERS THERE- FORE ANA REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 72-15, EN- ACTED MARCH 7, 1972. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio ; Section 1. That the complement of the Recreation Department and compensation paid to the members of the Recreation Department is established as follows : Recreation Director $6, 400.00 Annually Recreation Commission Secretary $ 300.00 Annually Swim Director $ 30fl.00 Annually Softball Program Director $ 300.00 Annually Game Officials $ 6.00 Per Game For a period not to exceed eight (8) weeks during the summer months, which period of eight (8) weeks shall be determined by the Recreation Commission, the following employees shall be paid as follows ; Playground Supervisors $ 800.00 Per Summer Assistant Playground Supervisors $ 700.00 Per Bummer which salaries shall be paid bi-weekly by the Directar of Finance. Section 2. Any other employee of the Recreation Department, except those heretofore set forth, shall be classified into pay grades by the Recreation Director, subject to confirmation by the Recreation Commission, according to examination, reputation, experience, education and knowledge in their field of specialty or undertaking. The compensation for pay grades established shall be as follows Playground Helpers Grade I $ 50.00 Per Week Grade II $ 55.00 Per Week Grade III $ 60.00 Per Week Grade IV $ 65.00 Per Week Instructors -Leaders -Coaches Consultants -Coordinators Grade Class or Session 1.0 hr. 1.5 r. 2.0 hr. 2 5 hr. 3.0 hr.
