That there shall be allowed for each bus driver the sum of $65. 00 per year for the acquisition o~ uniforms to be worn while operating a bus for the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. E. That upon the appointment of a new driver he shall be allowed the sum of $75.00 for uniforms and accessories for the first year of such appointment. F. That all bus driving employees of North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be entitled certain holidays during the year and shall not be required to work on these holidays, unless scheduled to work by the General Manager. In the event the employee works on one of the following holidays the employee shall receive another day off from work to replace the holiday he worked. The scheduled holidays are as follows: New Year's Day; Memo- rial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Day; Presidents' Day and the employee's birthday. G. That excluding secretarial and clerical employees in the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line all full time employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be furnished, at no cost to the employees, accident and health insurance, which insurance shall pay the employee in the event he is unable to work as a result of an accident or ill health, in the sum of Forty.Dollars ($40.00) per week. Said insurance shall also have accidental and death benefits with the principal sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($l, 500). The City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single person's rate, of the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time employees of the Municipal Bus Line, and in the event any full time employee of the Municipal Bus Line is married or is the head of the family, the City of North Olmsted shall contribute an additional sum of $100. 00 per year toward the cost of a family hospitalization plan with Blue Cross and Medical Mutual, or with the Kaiser Community Health Foundation Plan. H. That all full time bus driving employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following schedule: Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) year full time service. Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7):years full time service. Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full time service. Section 2. That all other ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordinances or parts of resolutions, inconsistent herewith to the provisions of this Ordinance, and especially Ordinance No. 73-58 enacted June 5, 1973, are hereby repealed with the effective date of this C3rdinance. Section 3. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to forward a copy of this Ordinance to the Director of Finance, Director of Service of the City of North Olmsted and a copy to the General Manager of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. Section 4. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare by virtue of the fact that the Finance Department can compute ,.~..rr~,~.,~.;, _,
