CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE 73-~~ PAGE 2 longevity increments and the exclusion for part-time service shall not deprive any employee of any other venefits which may be due them for part- time service as employees in the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. C. That mechanics and other employees in the garage of the North Olmsted Municipal Buss Line shall be allowed the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per year for the cleaning and maintenance .of uniforms worn by them in the performance of their duties in the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line garage. D. That all maintenance employees of the North Olmsted Munici- pal Bus Line shall be entitled certain holidays during the year and shall not be required to work on these holidays, unless scheduled to work by the General Manager. In the event the employee works on one of the following holidays, the employee shall receive another day off from work to replace the holiday he worked. The scheduled holidays are as follows: New Year's Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christman Day; Presidents'. Day and the employee's birthday. E. That all full time maintenance emplo ees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following schedule: Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) year full time service Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full time service Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full time service F. The City of North Olmsted shall p~:y the full amount, single person's rate of the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and in the event any full time employee of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line is married or is the head of the family the City of North Olmsted shall contribute an additional sum of $100.00 per year toward the cost of a family hospitalization plan with Blue Cross and Medical Mutual or with the Kaiser Community Health Foundation Plan. That excluding secretarial and clerical employees in the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line all full time employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be furnished, at no cost to the employees, acci- dent and health insurance, which insurance shall pay the employee in the event he is unable to work as a result of an accident or ill health, the sum of Forty Dollars ($40.00) per week. Said insurance shall also have acci- dental death and death benefits with the principal sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1, 500.00). Section 2. That all other ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordinances or parts of resolutions inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance, and especially Ordinance No. 73-59, effective June..5, 1973, are hereby repealed with the effective date of this Ordiaance. Section 3. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to forward copies of this Ordinance to the Finance Director of the City of North Olmsted, Service Director of the City of North Olmsted, and the General Manager of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. 4t4~:. r ... .. _.. ~
