That all bus driving employees of the North Olmsted Municipal <br />Bus Line shall be entitled certain holidays during the year and shall not <br />be required to work on these holidays, unless scheduled to work by the <br />General Manager. In the event the employee works on one of the following <br />holidays the employee shall receive another day off from work to replace <br />the holiday he worked. The scheduled holidays are as follows: New Year's <br />Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas <br />Day; the employee's birthday; and President's Day. <br />G. That excluding secretarial and clerical. employees in the North <br />Olmsted Municipal Bus Line all full time employees of the North Olmsted <br />Municipal Bus Line shall be furnished, at no cost to the employees, <br />accident and health insurance, which insurance shall pay the employee in <br />the event he is unable to work as a result of an accident or ill health, <br />in the sum of Forty Dollars ($40.00) per week. Said insurance shall also <br />have accidental and death benefits with the principal sum of Fifteen <br />Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00). <br />The City of North Olmsted shall contribute a single person's <br />rate toward the purchase of hospitalization with the Blue Cross and <br />Medical Mutual Hospitalization Plans, as set forth in Contracts 53YK and <br />57ZK, for all secretarial and clerical employees of the Municipal Bus <br />Line of the City of North Olmsted. <br />The City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single <br />person's rate, of the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time employees <br />of the Municipal Bus Line, and in the event any full time employee of the <br />Municipal Bus Line is married or is the head of the family, the City of <br />North Olmsted shall contribute an additional sum of $100.OC per year <br />toward the cofit of a family hospitalization plan with Blue Cross and Medical <br />Mutual; both single person's hospitalization and family hospitalization <br />plans shall be established by Contracts 53YK and 57ZK. <br />H. That all full time bus driving employees of the North Olmsted <br />Municipal Bus Line shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance <br />with the f®llowing schedule: <br />Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) year full time service <br />Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full time service <br />Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full time service <br />Section 2. That all other ordinances or resolutions, or parts <br />of ordinances or parts of resolutions, inconsistent herewith to the pro- <br />visions of this Ordinance, and especially Ordinance No. 72-85 enacted <br />June 6, 1972, are hereby repealed with the effective date of this ordinance. <br />Section 3. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed <br />to forward a copy of this ordinance to the Director of Finance, Director of <br />Service of the City of North Olmsted and a copy to the General Manager of <br />the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. <br />Section 4. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br />at the earliest date permitted by ARticle IV, SEction 12 of the Charter <br />of the City of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED : ~/!~/~ <br />ATTEST: <br />Nora T.
