H <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 73- <br />BY: ~ <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO <br />ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT FOR THE USE OF <br />THE POOL O~@ITED BY FRED & LYNNE LARISCH, <br />28382 NORTH PARK DRIVE, NORTH OLMSTED, <br />OHIO. <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted is anxious to provide recreational <br />opportunities for the citizens of North Olmsted ;and <br />WHEREAS, Fred and Lynne Larisch, 28382 North Park Drive, North Olmsted, <br />Ohio have offered theueee~ of a pool located at the abovementioned address in <br />accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in an Agreement, marked Exhibit <br />" A ", and attached hereto ;and <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Ousted is financially unable to provide a pool <br />for the use of its citizens and their children enrolled in the North Olmsted recreational <br />program . <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Norte <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio : <br />Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement , <br />attached hereto and marked Exhibit " A ", with Fred and Lynne Larisch for the use <br />of their pool located at 28382 North Park Drive, North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />Section 2. WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12 of the Charter of the City <br />of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED; <br />ATTEST: <br />~j ~ © ~ <br />~'~'~ <br />Nora T.
