<br />~:..: <br />(4) The board agrees to cause this site to be reviewed <br />by its architects to determine the approximate Seven (7) <br />Acres to be set aside for a future elementary school. <br />(5) The Board will also cause its architects to develop <br />a plan for the total use of this site until such time as <br />an elementary school may be built thereon, which plan <br />shall be reviewed and approved by the Board and respon- <br />sible agencies of the City. <br />(6) The Board agrees to develop the approximate Seven (7) <br />Acres to set aside in accordance with this plan at such <br />time as the City develops the balance of this land. It <br />is specifically understood that the City will expend no <br />matching funds provided by the Federal Government or the <br />State of Ohio which require a covenant that said land be <br />forever held as open space for recreation purposes or_ <br />the Seven (7) Acres so set aside. <br />(7) The land shall be divided between the City and <br />School Board according to attached plot plan of the <br />Porter Road Site. The Board agrees that if the aforementioned <br />site is not used for elementary school purposes within 12 <br />years from date of this Agreement title to said land shall <br />revert to the City for recreation purposes. <br />2. The Board agrees to provide its sanitary facilities to the City <br />at all school sites contiguous to jointly held recreation areas <br />at such times as the City is providing a planned, supervised, <br />recreation program m said site and school personnel are as- <br />signed thereto. <br />3. The Board agrees to provide the City Recreation Department the <br />use of its facilities at such times as they are not being used <br />in its own educational program for mutually agreed upon re- <br />creation purposes. It is specifically understood that the <br />City Recreation Department shall have first priority for the <br />use of the said facilities for all recreational programs for <br />which a building permit request is submitted at least two <br />months prior to the beginning of the recreation program. <br />4.
