CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 73-..~,I t~ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONE MAP ADOPTED AS PART OF ORDINANCE NO. 62-33 , (KNOWN AS THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED) BY CHANGING THE DESIGNATION THEREON OF CERTAIN LAND FROM ITS PRESENT` DESIGNATION THEREON AS " B "RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO "A " RESIDENCE DISTRICT. BE IT ORDAINEID by the Council'~of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio : Section 1. That the Official Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted adopted as part of Ordinance No. 62-33, (known as the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted) be amended by changing the designation thereon of the parcel of land described by metes and bounds as follows : Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being apart of Original Dover Township Lot Numbers 4 and 5 , and known as being all of North Park Estates Sub- division No. 1, by plat dated December 12, 1963 and recorded in Volume 189 , Panes 18 , 19 and 20 of Cuyahoga County Map Records , and known as being part of North Park Estates Subdivision No. 2, by plat dated June 4, 1964 and recorded in Volume 190, Pages i9 and 20 of Cuyahoga County Map Records, and bounded and described as follows : Beginning at the Iron Pin in the centerline of Porter Road (60 feetr wide ) , a distance of II3.05 feet, measured North 44° 58' 40 "West along said centerline from its intersection with the centerline of Camellia Lane (60 feet wide) ;thence South 00° 04' 04" West, along the Easterly boundary line of Original Dover Taarnship Lot No. 4, a distance of 2, 4116.91 feet to the most Southeasterly corner of before said North Perk Estates Sub- division No. 1, which is also measured North 00° 04' 04" East, a distance of 846.31 feet along said boundary line from its intersection with the centerline of North Park Drive ;thence South 88° 39' 20 "West, a distance of 5f1Z.b9 feet ;thence due North, a distance. of 16.71 feet ; thence South 88° 08' 25" West, a distance of 390.08 feet to the most Southwesterly corner of s$id North Park Estates Subdivision No. 1 ;thence due North, a distance of 1, 474.24 "feet to a point on the centerline of Oring Road (60 feet wide) ;thence South 89° ZO' 20" West along the centerline of said Oring Read a distance of 27.50 feet to a point, which is also measured North 89° 20' 20" East, a distance of 402.50 feet along said centerline from its intersection with the centerline of Martin Dive ( 80 feet wide) ;thence North 00° 06' 40" West, a~ distance of 713.44 feet to the most Northwesterly corner of said North Park Estates Sub- division No. I ;thence North 77° 09' 13 " East, a distance of 132.0(1 feet ; thence North 52° 08' 00" East, a distance of 208.10 feet ;thence South 37° 52' 00" East, a distance of 161.27 feet ;thence So~xth 84° I6' I0 East, a distance of 100.00 feet ;thence North 05° 43' S0" East, a distance of 109.96 feet ;thence South 84° 16' 10" East, a distance of 155.23 feet ; thence North 66° 58' 18" East, a distance of 290.39 feet to the ~riace of beginning, be the same mere or less, but subject to all legal highways.
