<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 73-..~,I <br /> <br />t~ <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONE MAP ADOPTED <br />AS PART OF ORDINANCE NO. 62-33 , (KNOWN AS THE <br />ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED) BY <br />CHANGING THE DESIGNATION THEREON OF CERTAIN <br />LAND FROM ITS PRESENT` DESIGNATION THEREON AS <br />" B "RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO "A " RESIDENCE DISTRICT. <br />BE IT ORDAINEID by the Council'~of the City of North Olmsted, <br />State of Ohio : <br />Section 1. That the Official Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted adopted <br />as part of Ordinance No. 62-33, (known as the Zoning Code of the City of North <br />Olmsted) be amended by changing the designation thereon of the parcel of land <br />described by metes and bounds as follows : <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State <br />of Ohio, and known as being apart of Original Dover Township Lot <br />Numbers 4 and 5 , and known as being all of North Park Estates Sub- <br />division No. 1, by plat dated December 12, 1963 and recorded in <br />Volume 189 , Panes 18 , 19 and 20 of Cuyahoga County Map Records , <br />and known as being part of North Park Estates Subdivision No. 2, <br />by plat dated June 4, 1964 and recorded in Volume 190, Pages i9 and <br />20 of Cuyahoga County Map Records, and bounded and described as <br />follows : <br />Beginning at the Iron Pin in the centerline of Porter Road (60 feetr wide ) , <br />a distance of II3.05 feet, measured North 44° 58' 40 "West along said <br />centerline from its intersection with the centerline of Camellia Lane (60 <br />feet wide) ;thence South 00° 04' 04" West, along the Easterly boundary <br />line of Original Dover Taarnship Lot No. 4, a distance of 2, 4116.91 feet <br />to the most Southeasterly corner of before said North Perk Estates Sub- <br />division No. 1, which is also measured North 00° 04' 04" East, a <br />distance of 846.31 feet along said boundary line from its intersection <br />with the centerline of North Park Drive ;thence South 88° 39' 20 "West, <br />a distance of 5f1Z.b9 feet ;thence due North, a distance. of 16.71 feet ; <br />thence South 88° 08' 25" West, a distance of 390.08 feet to the most <br />Southwesterly corner of s$id North Park Estates Subdivision No. 1 ;thence <br />due North, a distance of 1, 474.24 "feet to a point on the centerline of <br />Oring Road (60 feet wide) ;thence South 89° ZO' 20" West along the <br />centerline of said Oring Read a distance of 27.50 feet to a point, which <br />is also measured North 89° 20' 20" East, a distance of 402.50 feet along <br />said centerline from its intersection with the centerline of Martin Dive <br />( 80 feet wide) ;thence North 00° 06' 40" West, a~ distance of 713.44 <br />feet to the most Northwesterly corner of said North Park Estates Sub- <br />division No. I ;thence North 77° 09' 13 " East, a distance of 132.0(1 feet ; <br />thence North 52° 08' 00" East, a distance of 208.10 feet ;thence South <br />37° 52' 00" East, a distance of 161.27 feet ;thence So~xth 84° I6' I0 <br />East, a distance of 100.00 feet ;thence North 05° 43' S0" East, a distance <br />of 109.96 feet ;thence South 84° 16' 10" East, a distance of 155.23 feet ; <br />thence North 66° 58' 18" East, a distance of 290.39 feet to the ~riace of <br />beginning, be the same mere or less, but subject to all legal highways. <br /> <br />
