<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 73- ,Z <br />ar:~ <br />State of Ohio: <br />,~ <br />~_ <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br />THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH <br />THE CITY OF FAIRVIEW PARK, OHIO, OF THE FURNISHING <br />OF BUS TRANSPORATION TO THE RESIDENTS OF THE CITY <br />OF FAIRVIEW PARK, OHIO, AT THE TIMES AND FOR THE <br />RATES SET FORTH IN SAID AGREEMENT, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINEDby the Council of the City of North Olmsted, <br />Section 1. That the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, be and he <br />is hereby authorized and direct+sd to enter into an agreement on behalf of the City <br />of North Olmsted, Ohio, with the City of Fairview Park, Ohio, providing for trans- <br />portation and bus service to be furnished to the residents of the City of Fairview <br />Park by the North Olmsted Municipal Coach Line in accordance with the terms <br />and conditions as set forth in said agreement, which agreement is attached hereto <br />and marked " Exhibit A ", and incorporated herein as if fully rewritten at length <br />herein. <br />Section 2. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the public peace, safety, health and welfare by virtue <br />of the fact that it is immediately necessary to provide for the aforeid mgree- <br />ment because there is no written agreement presently existing between the two <br />cities. WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force lately <br />upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: G.,L~~ <br />ATTEST: <br />Nora T.
