CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION NO. 73-13 r: ~., A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SERVICE DIRECTOR TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR CORRUGATED M'I:TAL PTPE , CONNECTORS AND ACCESSORIES FOR THE REPAIRS OF STORM SEWER LINES WITHIN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. WHEREAS, the Service Director has advised the Finance Committee of Council that it is necessary to stock corrugated metal pipe and other accessories, in order to repair the storm drainage system within the City of North Olmsted ;and WHEREAS, the Finance Committee of Council has allocated certain funds for the purchase of the necessary corrugated metal pipe, connectors and other accessories ;and WHEREAS, the Finance Committee of Council has recommended that the Service Director be authorized to advertise for bids for the purchase of the necessary corrugated metal pipe, connectors and accessories, and now the Council of the City of North Olmsted wishes to authorize the Service Director to advertise for the corru- gated metal pipe, connectors and accessories according to the specifications and amounts now on file in his office. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio Section 1. That the Service Director of the City of North Olmsted is hereby authorised to advertise for bids for corrugated metal pipe, connectors and other accessories to be used to repair and install storm drainage lines within the City of North Olmsted. Section 2. That upon the approval by the Board of Control the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. Section 3. WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date permitted by Article N, Section 12 of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted. PASSED:_y7~ °~~~~ ATTEST': Nora T.
